Our Monthly Field Service Maintenance (FSM) ensures your carts stay in proper working order, and any physical damage taken car of promptly. After the busy season, we perform an in-depth Annual Service to prepare the cart for the next busy season.

Post-Rental Inspections

If your cart is used by renters, a weekly post-rental inspection ensures no damage is overlooked after each guest checks out. During these inspections, we check:

  • Safety equipment: headlights, taillights, blinkers, horn, brakes.

  • Tire air pressure

  • Battery water levels

  • Test drive

 

The Test Drive is potentially the most important part of this equation as it will identify most under-carriage physical damage. This allows you to address repairs promptly and identify the guest responsible for any damages.

 

Monthly Preventative Maintenance

Regular Servicing: Implement a schedule for regular on-site service and preventive maintenance, reducing downtime andensuring reliability.

 

Emergency Repairs:

  • Emergency Repairs: Provide rapid response for any breakdowns or issues, minimizing disruption to guest services.

  • “Front of the line” service at our shop. Should a cart under your umbrella need to be brought into our shop, it will move to the front of the line so that we are able to get it back on the road as quicklyas possible.

 

Training your team:
